🔸Equity🔸 Diversity 🔸Belonging in Learning Communities🔸
My journey in education (over 13 years!) has taken me from classrooms to leadership roles as a Supervisor, Area Manager, and Mentor across both public and private early learning settings, where I supported Educators in navigating the everyday realities of practice. Today, I continue this work as a part-time Professor at Seneca Polytechnic, guiding emerging Educators through reflective, dialogue-based learning. Earlier in my career, working internationally as an Educator and Academic Director in South Korea expanded my understanding of how culture and context shape education. These experiences continue to shape my belief that meaningful inclusion begins with Educators who feel supported, self-aware, and connected to their role as leaders in learning.
